Pozíció leírása / Job description- Support the transition of Order to Cash processes from European entities to Hungary.
- Implement personalized follow-up strategies for clients in the AR portfolio including regular client follow up and root cause analyses of non-payment.
- Negotiate and monitor agreed payment schedules.
- Manage the dunning process and payment reminder follow up.
- Identify and mitigate the risk on non-payment.
- Manage disputes, including correction and cancellation.
- Ensure that all steps of the recovery procedure have been carried out before the legal procedure.
- Validate customer accounts in the customer database.
College or University degree
Strong English and French language skills (ideally Hungarian skills as well)
Continuous Improvement and Quality (CI&Q) mindset
1-3 years experience in Cash Collector role or Customer Service position
Strong customer orientation
Knowledge of SAP Fi is a plus
