Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionPerform basic database operations in MySQL as required and release data to the platform
Manage the billing process for international smart car projects, including data export, consolidation, and analysis
Download data from the platform, conduct simple data processing in Excel, then send or upload files to clients
Conduct thorough data processing in Excel to ensure the accuracy of client invoices
Act as a link between the China and Europe teams to track progress, resolve differences in data, and provide feedback
Confirm receipt with clients and follow up regularly on the status of billing confirmation and invoice issuance
Collaborate with international billing management and engineering teams through training and daily meetings
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential
- 1 year of experience in a relevant field such as Data Analysis, Billing, Finance, Accounts Payable, or IT Support
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL knowledge for data operations (CRUD)
- High level of precision, a client-focused mindset, and patience when handling technical questions
