- Implement personalized follow-up strategies for the AR portfolio, including regular client contact and root cause analysis of non-payment using ELOFICASH
- Negotiate and monitor agreed-upon payment schedules and manage the dunning and payment reminder process
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks regarding non-payment
- Manage disputes, including necessary corrections, cancellations, and credit note issuance
- Ensure all recovery procedures are exhausted prior to initiating any legal action
- Validate customer accounts in the database and collaborate closely with treasury and collection departments
- Maintain process documentation (DTPs) and contribute to process optimization projects
- Ensure all KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality customer service standards
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or fusiness
- At least 3 years of experience in a Cash Collector or O2C Customer Service role, ideally within an SSC environment
- Fluent command of English in both written and spoken communication
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI and dedicated collection ERP tools such as ELOFICASH
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes and a track record in process optimization
- A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
