Pozíció leírása / Job description- support the Buying Manager in overseeing the full product life cycle for assigned categories, ensuring operational excellence.
- act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and international suppliers.
- coordinate the flow of information across global teams.
- manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- utilize advanced spreadsheet and database management skills to track product data, resolve vendor issues, and generate reports.
- identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardizing operating procedures to increase team efficiency.
- navigate diverse business scenarios with the ability to apply correct rules and logic to each unique situation.
- provide administrative support and documentation management within a fast-paced environment.
- bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, retail, or consumer-packaged goods (CPG/FMCG).
- fully proficient in the English language (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- technical mastery of Microsoft Office.
- exceptional attention to detail and a proven problem-solving ability.
- knowledge of SAP, S4 Hana, or Ariba is considered as a big plus
