As our Technical Support Engineer (acting as the Fulfillment Representative, FR), you will be the
technical backbone of our operations in the CEE region. You will be responsible for ensuring the
smooth installation, commissioning, and reliable operation of our equipment at customer sites. You will
act as the key link between our customers and our global technical team, ensuring high-quality project
delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Service & Project Delivery:
o Independently perform on-site equipment installation, commissioning, preventive
maintenance, repair, and customer operator training across Hungary and the CEE
region.
o Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and on-time
completion.
Technical Problem Solving:
o Efficiently diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues of medium to high complexity.
o For complex problems, accurately identify the root cause and effectively escalate to the
global technical team with clear documentation.
"Iron Triangle" Collaboration:
o Work closely with the local Sales Manager (AR) and HQ-based Solution Experts (SR) to
ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable.
o Collect and feedback on-site customer needs, product issues, and application insights
to the HQ product and R&D teams.
Local Knowledge Building:
o Systematically document all service activities, solutions to common problems, and
customer requests.
o Contribute to building a localized knowledge base for the team.
Compliance & Spare Parts:
o Assist in managing the local spare parts inventory.
o Ensure all operations comply with EU (CE, etc.) and local Hungarian safety and
regulatory requirements.
Elvárások / Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation
Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on field service experience with industrial equipment.
Experience in project delivery or handling complex breakdowns is highly valued.
• Technical Skills:
o Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles; ability to read electrical
schematics and mechanical drawings.
o Proficient with various diagnostic tools and instruments.
o Experience with laser equipment or automated production lines is a strong plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hungarian, capable of using them for on-
site technical communication and report writing.
• Core Competencies:
o Independent Problem-Solving: Excellent on-site analytical and hands-on diagnostic
skills.
o Customer Service Orientation: Patient, responsible, and able to manage customer
expectations effectively.
o Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and service
procedures.
