The business unit is responsible for providing and maintaining excellent cloud operations services to customers. The cloud delivery organization works closely with bid management, pre-sales, and solution and service architects to support the execution of complex solutions.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day Azure operations for European customers, tackling complex issues, and leading migrations from on-premises data centers or private clouds to Azure. Additionally, you'll develop automation and governance tools for cost and security management.

Drive the implementation of Azure best practices, identify gaps in the environment, and initiate performance tuning.
Design virtual networks to support workloads with the highest level of security and performance.
Handle configuration tasks, including policies, rules, and OS hardening.
Configure, deploy, and automate processes while resolving complex issues in Azure DevOps.
Drive change management, troubleshoot issues, and update project-specific documentation.
Identify security vulnerabilities and collaborate with the team to implement fixes.
Lead cost and security governance initiatives across various projects.
Manage major incidents from start to resolution, owning communication with stakeholders.
Execute high-impact changes and handle critical incidents.
Elvárások / Requirements
Over 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud operations, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Azure.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with various Azure services (VMs, VNETs, Storage, VPNs, Load Balancers, AKS/ACS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services like Azure SQL, Web Apps, and WAF.
Proficiency in automation using Azure Automation/Runbooks, ARM, and Terraform.
Experience with networking (VNet, Subnets, CDN, DNS) and monitoring (OMS, Application Insight).
Knowledge of rightsizing and cost optimization strategies.
Experience in managing at least one of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, Virtualization, SQL, Oracle, Network, or Firewall.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of ITSM processes.
Ability to coordinate with third-party partners and vendors to resolve issues.
