Manage backend administration and data for Teamcenter and related PLM/ERP systems.
Plan and execute system updates, upgrades, and configurations.
Provide 1st level (and later 2nd level) user support to the German HQ and partners.
Participate in and later drive system implementations.
Act as an Admin Consultant, communicating daily with the business units and the Augsburg team.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in PLM or complex ERP system administration (Key User/Admin level, not developer).
Strong knowledge of Teamcenterm, preferred Siemens - (knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Autodesk, or PTC Windchill is an advantage).
Basic understanding of the underlying technology stack (e.g., Java or configuration scripts) for troubleshooting and updates.
Fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage.
Flexibility: Excellent Home Office model (4 days of HO per week, with only 1 mandatory day in the office).
