Pozíció leírása / Job description- Direct and optimize daily treasury operations, ensuring seamless cash and liquidity management across a complex, multi-currency group.
- Oversee global banking relationships while proactively assessing and mitigating liquidity, counterparty, and foreign exchange (FX) risks.
- Design and embed robust treasury policies, governance procedures, and control frameworks to enhance scalability and audit readiness.
- Play a pivotal role in constructing the FX risk management framework, including the definition and execution of vital hedging strategies.
- Lead the rollout of new treasury systems and automation initiatives to drive process efficiency and standardization globally.
- Partner with senior finance stakeholders on liquidity planning, providing the financial visibility needed to support strategic funding and growth decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury or cash management
- mastery of end-to-end treasury operations, international banking, and cross-border payment structures
- proven success in building, formalizing, and improving treasury policies, processes, and control frameworks from the ground up
- experience operating Treasury Management Systems alongside proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
