The Regulatory Reporting team within Financial Department is responsible for prudential and statistical reporting as per actual requirements of the regulator. The team ensures the accurate reporting and monitoring the entities financials based on different metrics to several stakeholders including senior management, business leads and regulators. As Senior Manager, leading the regulatory reporting team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are concerned with regulatory reports for MNB, communication and coordination with MNB.

supervising the Business Intelligence work of the reporting team
in charge of local data warehouse construction and management
responsible for regulatory capital requirement calculation and reporting
responsible for supervision of liquidity risk management tasks allocated to the Financial Department
in charge of ICAAP and concerning tasks
in charge of communication and coordination with MNB
in charge of disclosure coordination
in charge of business plan report
in charge of monitor and report the IRRBB
in charge of monitor and report STE
responsible for regularly updating systems and operational procedures related to regulatory reporting
master degree in Economics/Business/Finance/Accounting
at least 7 years experience in reporting or accounting, preferably in financial institution
fluent English and Hungarian (Chinese knowledge is a plus but not required)
high level of computer literacy (good MS Office skills, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel)
experience with databases, IT solutions for reporting (query writing, VBA) is a plus
logical thinking, front-end analytical and business intelligence skills
accurate, able to work independently and highly meticulous
excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability of prioritization
Ability to work with confidential information, must maintain a high level of integrity
