System Configuration:

- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize business
operations.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
Application Support:
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the system.
- Troubleshoot system problems and implement solutions.
Data Management:
- Support regular data audits and implement data quality control measures.
Training and Documentation:
- Support to develop and deliver training programs for SAP users to enhance their understanding and
utilization of the system.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides.
