We are looking for a Senior IT Professional to join their Hungarian team, working in close collaboration with the German headquarters as a Salesforce Consultant/Developer.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- You will be a core team member, responsible for designing and implementing new and further developments within the Salesforce environment.
- This involves both gathering and assessing business requirements and designing alternative solutions.
- Among other things, you will act as a bridge between business departments, sales organizations, dealers, importers and IT to deliver innovative, sophisticated and effective solutions for optimizing our marketing and sales processes.
- You will independently plan the technical implementation and integration, carry this out either personally or with external service providers, and ensure the quality of the results.
- You proactively keep track of new Salesforce releases and features and undertake ongoing training accordingly.
Elvárások / Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable course (university or university of applied sciences) and ideally have several years’ professional experience.
- You have proven, in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) as well as the programming languages APEX and JavaScript, and the version control system Git.
- You have practical experience with current agile methods, process models and tools used in modern software development (SCRUM).
- You are an analytical and creative team player who is customer-focused, takes the initiative, is proactive and has a keen interest in innovative solutions and ideas.
- You have a confident manner, are persuasive and effective at getting things done, whilst also being reliable, able to cope with pressure and enjoy tackling complex, dynamic tasks.
- Ideally, you hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) (and German, if applicable) and are willing to travel occasionally worldwide.
