Process Orders: You will handle customer sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes checking for correct product details, quantities, and pricing.
Problem-Solve: You'll work with various teams, including Purchasing and Customer Executives, to resolve any issues that block orders, such as credit limits or special requirements.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: You'll be the go-to person for order and invoice inquiries, making sure everything is resolved smoothly and quickly.
Stay Up-to-Date: You'll keep your system and process knowledge current to ensure all orders are processed according to the latest standards.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluent English and French is a must.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or in a role related to customer service/order management/purchasing.
- You should be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and e-business tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
