We’re looking for a Manager – Global Business Services (PTP) to join our partner's global business services center in Budapest. In this key leadership role, you will manage everyday PTP operations—spanning Invoice Monitoring, Vendor Setup, Disbursements, Card Audit, and Business Services—while working closely with global leadership to optimize processes, elevate team performance, and support strategic SAP/RPA implementations.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Provide strategic leadership for the Invoice Monitoring, Disbursement, Card Audit, and Business Services teams.
- Collaborate with global leadership to identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation and workload across functions to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team capable of delivering world-class results.
- Design and maintain robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all PTP workflows.
- Participate in complex system implementation rollouts, serving as the PTP Subject Matter Expert for SAP.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve process bottlenecks and eliminate recurring operational issues.
- Facilitate communication with international finance stakeholders to ensure alignment on metrics and performance
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven professional experience in PTP management or financial shared services
- Strong expertise in SAP and Ariba systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
- Ability to conduct data-driven analysis to inform business decisions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
