Pozíció leírása / Job description- Shopping Cart Management: Process purchasing requests by accurately inputting data into our internal webshop.
- Data Entry & Verification: Record vendor details, quotes, and delivery dates with high precision to trigger Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Helpdesk Support: Resolve purchasing-related tickets and guide users through the "click to buy" system.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Controlling, and IT.
- Process Improvement: Provide proactive feedback to help shape and optimize the workflows of this brand-new team.
You have confident, fluent English skills (both written and spoken) for daily work.
You possess excellent communication skills and can easily navigate conversations with different stakeholders.
You are highly precise and quality-oriented. In our field, a single typo can cause significant downstream issues, so an eye for detail is mandatory.
