Our partner, JMT Electric Kft., operates in the electrical equipment sector, specializing in the supply and distribution of components for electrical devices and systems, including steel and copper parts used in a wide range of applications.

We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at their facility in Székesfehérvár, overseeing production, quality, and efficiency while driving the company’s growth and operational excellence.

• Manage daily operations of our partner as a trading company

• Coordinate and support a small team (4–5 employees)

• Act as main contact for customers and partners

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 quality management standards

• Maintain operational documentation and reporting

• Communicate in English with international stakeholders

• Proven management experience

• Experience with ISO 9000 systems

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently in a small-company environment

• Relevant education or professional background preferred
