Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter and process customer sales orders in our systems.
Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Purchasing) to resolve any issues that may arise, such as export controls or margin blocks.
Data Accuracy: Ensure that all order details—quantities, pricing, and customer specifications—are flawless before processing.
Customer Service: Handle returns, process credits, and quickly resolve any order or invoice queries.
System Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our systems and tools to improve order management.
Elvárások / Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in an administrative or customer service role
Proficiency in both written and spoken English AND French or German.
A strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
A proactive, reliable, and conscientious approach to work.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).
