Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionThe primary objective of this role is to drive financial efficiency and operational excellence across the global IT landscape. The analyst evaluates resource utilization, optimizes total technology expenditures, and ensures that digital investments deliver measurable business value through rigorous KPI monitoring and strategic supplier management.
IT Financial Optimization & Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis of global IT spending across various categories and regions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and manage the financial lifecycle of digital products, including budgeting, forecasting, and internal cost-recharge mechanisms.
Provide data-driven recommendations to refine the global IT sourcing strategy and improve overall fiscal performance.
Business Value & Performance Tracking
Collaborate on the creation of business cases for new digital services, defining clear KPIs to measure success.
Monitor and report on the performance of individual products versus the entire portfolio to identify trends or variances.
Conduct feasibility studies and post-implementation reviews to ensure digital solutions meet their intended strategic goals.
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
Act as the lead technical liaison during major tender processes and contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms.
Establish and maintain global framework agreements with technology providers, ensuring services align with contractual obligations.
Oversee the technology lifecycle and manage the renewal process for all software and hardware contracts.
Evaluate and manage third-party supplier performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and technical roadmaps.
Provide expert guidance to internal departments and regional offices on procurement best practices and vendor relations.
Foster a culture of transparency by maintaining consistent communication flows and providing detailed reporting to senior management.
A minimum of 2 years progressively responsible relevant professional experience.
Experience in financial planning, monitoring and analysis.
Experience in management and administration of IT resources, and contract management and negotiation.
Up-to-date technology knowledge, ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals to ensure that the organization's digital portfolio is relevant and engaging.
Excellent planning and organising skills.
Strong conceptual thinking; ability to categorize and organise, separating strategic from tactical and operational.
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
