Pozíció leírása / Job description- Processing and applying cash remittances, credits, and adjustments.
- Generating and distributing daily cash application status reports.
- Validating incoming interfaces for accuracy and completeness.
- Scheduling and executing payment runs.
- Managing and maintaining payment blocks.
- Verifying payment runs through interface checks.
- Preparing and submitting payment registers/plans for review and approval.
- Disbursing payments to vendors.
- Performing reconciliations and generating financial reports.
- Posting interest and bank charges, and reconciling bank clearing accounts.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving process issues, including implementing improvements.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to foster professional relationships.
- Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external parties.
- Maintaining and updating process manuals and work instructions.
- A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a specialization in accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, with a focus on Payments or Accounts Payable.
- Experience in transition projects is beneficial.
- A strong understanding of payment processes.
- A continuous improvement and quality-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient English and Italian language skills, both written and spoken; Hungarian language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI.
- A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong team player capabilities.
