Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs a key expert within the Business Services function, you won’t just fix computers—you’ll manage the digital and physical flow of the entire workplace. You will oversee the employee technology lifecycle and office environment, ensuring systems are seamless, hardware is optimized, and the local team is supported by best-in-class infrastructure and a welcoming atmosphere.
Your ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Infrastructure Orchestration
Act as the local first line of defense, providing high-touch support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage the end-to-end IT onboarding/offboarding process, including laptop imaging, security setup, and system access (M365, Azure AD).
Maintain spotless records of IT assets, licenses, and equipment, ensuring inventory is always ready for global scaling.
Support office technology, including meeting room AV systems, printers, and Wi-Fi, while documenting solutions for the internal knowledge base.
Office Support & Experience Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties, managing guest arrivals, deliveries, and phone systems with professional flair.
Ensure a premium office appearance, managing meeting room readiness, supply inventories (kitchen/office), and coordinating with building management.
Handle internal communications via Slack and Email, responding to queries with speed and a service-oriented mindset.
Support the social heart of the office by organizing lunches, wellness activities, and team events to foster a cohesive culture.
Strategic Collaboration
Regularly engage with global IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues and align with global standards.
Share insights to optimize office operations and IT workflows, contributing to an efficient and innovative Business Services function.
We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who balances technical precision with a high-energy, service-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration (Azure AD/Entra, MFA).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or combined Office Support role.
Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN) and end-user device management.
Communication: Business language fluency in English with the interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between technical requirements and people needs.
Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a professional, welcoming presence in a fast-paced environment.
