Our partner, Hungary's largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, is looking for an IT Solution Owner – Automation & Optimization in the Product Change Process for Production Execution to join their team.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionProcess Automation: Responsibility for the design, further development, and stable operation of IT solutions to automate and optimize the product change process within production operations.
Data Synchronization: Ensure seamless and automated synchronization between engineering 3D/CAD/PLM data, technical bills of materials (BOM), work plans, and production planning.
Target Cost Optimization: Provide, integrate, and develop IT tools that make cost structures visible at an early stage, supporting data-driven decision-making in product development and engineering.
Industrial Engineering Digitalization: Ensure methods such as time management, process analysis, layout optimization, and assembly concepts are digitally mapped and linked to production data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, IT Architecture, and Production Control to develop technical concepts, specifications, and user stories.
Vendor & KPI Management: Manage external service providers and development partners while monitoring relevant KPIs (throughput times, quality of changes, degree of automation, target costs).
Relevant Education: Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of production planning (PP), production execution (PEO/PO), and change management.
SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly PEO, PP, and VEMP, including change processes and integration scenarios.
Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of 3D design data, engineering data flows, workflow design, and process chain automation.
Integration & Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with API interfaces, data models, fault analysis, quality assurance, and DevOps/agile methodologies.
Methodological Tools (Desirable): Knowledge of industrial engineering software (e.g., MTM tools, time management systems, layout simulation) and cost analysis tools. Experience with MES, Delmia, Teamcenter, or Windchill is a plus.
Communication & Environment: Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills. Willingness to work occasionally on the production floor. Experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g., agricultural machinery, automotive) is a strong advantage.
