-Support and guide IBA employees throughout their employment life cycle

with a focus on HR operations and administrative processes for the Spanish
market.
-Independently manage HR operational tasks such as contract
preparation, onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, certificate
preparation, and documentation, in line with defined standards and timelines.
-Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure high-quality
digital documentation.
-Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and internal policies in all HR
processes.
-Cooperate closely with other HR teams (e.g., Payroll, HRBPs,
Recruitment) and the business to ensure a smooth and efficient employee
experience.
-Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR
processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and suggesting
enhancements.
-Support HR reporting and data analytics activities by preparing regular and
ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (e.g., KPIs, headcount) using Excel or other tools; analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
-Document process changes clearly and ensure proper communication with all impacted stakeholders.
-Provide support for internal HR audits and controls related to Spain.
-Take part in potential knowledge transfer activities and support the
onboarding of new colleagues within our HR teams.
-Participate in cross-country or cross-functional HR projects where relevant.
Elvárások / Requirements
-1+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee life-cycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
-C1 level Spanish, at least strong B2 level of English
-Completed studies in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
-Experience in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and certificates, ensuring full legal compliance.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
-Strong communication skills.
