Pozíció leírása / Job description- Help end-users by resolving their IT issues and queries
- Provide support through email, chat or phone
- Support customers in German and English
- Deal with software and connection-related issues
- Use automated diagnostic programs to solve network programs
- Use helpdesk software to call with descriptions of issues, progress, and solutions
- Escalate complex cases to Level 2 agents
- Good command of German AND English both written and verbal
- Effective communication with clients at every level
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems
- An interest in the world of IT
- Openness for providing support on weekends/at nights
