The team supports multiple European markets and plays a key role in campaign administration and business operations. Pozíció leírása / Job description- Provide administrative support for European sales campaigns
- Coordinate with internal Sales and Marketing teams in France
- Manage campaign-related activities and maintain information in internal systems
- Handle inquiries, claims and issue resolution while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders (mainly written communication)
- Support internal customers and business partners across different functions
- Approve and coordinate campaign-related payments and processes
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders through mainly email-based communication
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure accurate campaign execution
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, administration and stakeholder management in an international environment.
Elvárások / Requirements- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Minimum B2 level French language skills, mainly used in written communication
- 1-2 years of SSC experience (internship experience counts as well)
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and organized mindset

- Ability to work efficiently in a structured and process-driven environment
