Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionOversee accounting and controlling activities for the Central Europe region
Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
Perform variance analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and provide accurate financial projections
Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate and support annual external audits
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across the UK, Germany, and other European locations
Act as a key financial advisor to the Finance Director, providing insights and recommendations
Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and external partners
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial controlling
Audit experience is highly preferred
Experience in a multinational and multi-currency environment
Fluent English with strong communication skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with accounting software (BMD is an advantage)
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Ability to manage complex financial systems across multiple countries
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
Strong stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
