Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionThe Role: Finance Manager
As a key leader within the regional Financial Controller team, you won't just manage numbers—you’ll manage the integrity of the growth of our client. You will oversee a dedicated Management Accounts team, ensuring the financial control environment is robust, efficient, and ready for scale.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a high-performing team while providing training and mentorship to junior members to support their professional development.
Own the month-end close process, including P&L close, Gross Margin reviews, and FX revaluations.
Lead projects to continuously improve the control environment and drive operational efficiency.
Review and post journals, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure 100% alignment with Group accounting policies.
Provide critical data for Budget and Reforecast processes, including detailed cost base reviews and cash flow forecasting.
Build strong relationships across the global business and act as the bridge to the Group Accounting team for audit, tax, and local filings.

We are looking for a qualified leader who balances technical precision with people-first management.
Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience.
You have business language fluency in English.
You have a proven track record in management accounting and a demonstrable ability to lead and develop individuals.
You have deep experience in P2P and O2C cycles and feel at home navigating complex balance sheet reconciliations.
You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
You are proactive in identifying discrepancies and investigating the "why" behind the numbers.
