Pozíció leírása / Job description- Complete applications for Cross-Border Data Clearance (CBDC), Record of Processing Activity (ROPA), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and Inter-Company Service Agreements, ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory standards
- Monitor and track project progress, document activities, and follow up on action items as necessary
- Engage with stakeholders, including Chief Privacy Office representatives, through meetings and follow-up discussions to ensure alignment on project requirements
- Utilize internal tools and Microsoft Office to manage data and project-related tasks effectively
- Perform other duties related to data privacy and project management as assigned
- Fluent English language skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage a global audience
- Previous experience in banking, and finance within a multinational company
- Familiarity with data privacy, and regulatory risk management is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
