- Assisting customers in placing orders efficiently
- Providing support in managing customs documents, with the opportunity for learning and improvement
- Handling customer inquieries, especially on the Polish or Italian market
- Excellent English and Polish or Italian or French or Czech / Slovak or Romanian or Portuguese or Turkish language knowledge
- Previous Customer service experience is an advantage but not a must
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Great communication and organization skills
- Reliable personality who can cooperate well
- University degree
