The position is based in Ecser, offering convenient access for commuters travelling by car.

- Maintain daily communication with international customers;
- Manage and monitor customer orders and tracking deliveries;
- Handle customer portals and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates;
- Coordinate outgoing shipments to ensure timely arrivals;
- Plan daily production schedules in coordination with internal departments;
- Manage export customer clearances and organize export shipments;
- Oversee customs clearance procedures and related documentation;
- Ensure compliance with all logistics and export regulations;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Elvárások / Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fiels;
- Stress management skills and ability to perform under pressure;
- Excellent phone communication and customer-handling skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
