- IDP Skill Development & Model Training: Train custom Machine Learning (ML) classification and extraction models using annotated samples; manage the document collection lifecycle (scoping, sampling, quality analysis, annotation).
- Testing & Deployment: Facilitate full testing cycles (unit, UAT, staging, production simulation, regression testing) and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tasks (promoting/demoting skill versions across environments).
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Fix issues with poorly performing ML models and IDP skills; resolve ServiceNow incidents within SLA guidelines.
- Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Reach out to business stakeholders for sample/data collection, collaborate with the Digital Operations team on process improvements, and generate periodic status reports for leadership.
- AI & Language Tools: Utilize approved AI capabilities and prompt engineering to resolve language barriers and optimize Vantage features.
Requirements & Expectations
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, R) and prompt engineering is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Analytical & Operational Mindset:
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate document structures (financial statements, bank reports) and build core skills (classification, splitting, extraction) with long-term production stability in mind.
- Precise, detail-oriented execution with high tolerance for routine/monotonous tasks.
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset using ingenuity and creativity.
- General & Soft Skills:
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-starter capable of learning new systems
- Educational background in business information systems is a plus.
