As a CPQ Team Leader, you will manage the technical bridge between machinery manufacturing and digital configuration systems.

Lead the CPQ Team: Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 specialists to ensure high-quality technical support for the product lines.
Engineering to Configuration: Transform complex, custom engineering logic (ETO) into standardized, scalable configuration rules (CTO).
Process Design: Simplify and improve how to handle product rules, pricing and quoting to make the sales process faster and more accurate.
Systems Integration: Implement these engineering logics within SAP-CPQ, Salesforce and SAP LO-VC environments.
Project & Quality Control: Manage project timelines, test system functionality and report progress regularly to management.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
- Engineering mindset with a strong interest in transitioning toward IT systems and terminology.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people managment.
- Experience in machinery manufacturing, product modeling and any CPQ or configurator tool.
- English and Hungarian fluency.
