We are seeking a leader for the financial management of their hotel operation profile across their existing and future portfolio,a senior role in the core of their business.

Your task will be to provide strategic financial assistance and leadership, not standard accounting. You will be the financial backbone of the entire hotel operation.
...- Financial Closings: Managing and supervising month-end closings and preparing related reports.
- Cash Flow & Banking: Recording, verifying bank statements/transfers, and ongoing supervision and analysis of cash flow processes.
- Tax & Compliance: Preparing tax returns and maintaining tax-related records; participating in audits, tax inspections, or other financial reviews.
- Budgeting & Planning: Participating actively in the preparation of financial budgets.
- Performance Analysis: Preparing comprehensive business, profitability, and return calculations, or contributing essential inputs.
- Team & Corporate Leadership: Supervising the work of the finance team and collaborating closely with affiliated companies within the corporate group.
- Ledger Mastery: Regular monitoring and reconciliation of supplier and customer ledger accounts.
Elvárások / Requirements
We are looking for a highly professional individual ready to step into a leadership position.
- Education: University degree in Economics or Finance. (A chartered accountant degree is a distinct advantage but not a requirement)
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar, senior financial role.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Industry Insight: Experience in hotel operation is a significant advantage.
