Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionLeadership: Direct and organize the daily work of the accounting and finance department
Full-Cycle Accounting: Coordinate comprehensive accounting tasks, including monthly/year-end closures and consolidated annual reports
Tax & Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, KSH reports, and transfer pricing documentation
Audit & Control: Prepare for and coordinate statutory audits and official inspections; develop internal control processes
Strategic Support: Provide professional advice to management on accounting issues and ensure the financial system (ERP) settings are optimized
Asset Management: Manage inventory processes and fixed asset registers
Education: University or College degree in Finance or Accounting
Certification: Registered Chartered Accountant status is a must
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including several years in a leadership/supervisory role
Languages: Fluent English skills
Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and up-to-date knowledge of Hungarian accounting and tax regulations
Competencies: Proactive, agile personality with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
