Pozíció leírása / Job description- Responsible for the coordination and management of BIM projects, the time and quality of BIM models, and reviewing of the 3D models of consultants and contractors
- Establish project BIM model technical standards and rules. And promote the implementation and landing
- According to the project requirements, cooperate with the third party to complete the building, structure, electromechanical, and other BIM models, and be responsible for the quality, progress, coordination, and other work of BIM modeling
- Serve the construction site according to the project requirements and use BIM to assist with the construction
- Be responsible for the management and update of BIM project documents, and regularly organize team members to hold coordination meetings
- Complete other tasks assigned by the project management
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in construction engineering or other related fields
- At least 3 years of BIM modeling or BIM model management experience in construction projects
- Excellent English and Hungarian (verbal and writing skills)
- Familiar with BIM software such as Revit and Naviswork, with good knowledge and experience
