Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs a Middle & Back Office Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle operations for private placements, focusing on bilateral agreements such as municipality loans and private company funding. Your main duties will include:
Operations Management: Overseeing end-to-end trade settlements, payment processing, and general daily trading activities.
Data & Records Oversight: Managing and maintaining both the Accounting Book of Records (ABOR) and the Investment Book of Records (IBOR).
Process Optimization: Actively identifying opportunities for automation. If a process can be mapped into a work instruction, you will help drive its automation.
Professional Experience: Solid, proven experience in back-office operations, banking, derivatives, mortgage origination, or product controlling (e.g., a background in large-scale institutional banking).
Technical Expertise: A strong, reliable understanding of IFRS and relevant tax principles.
Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Mindset & Culture Fit: An open-minded, creative, and "can-do" attitude.
Nice to have:
Fluency in Dutch is a significant plus.
Prior experience with private placement financial instruments.
