We are looking for an Authentication Operations Support professional to join a global enterprise IT team responsible for authentication and identity access management services. This is an entry-level role offering strong learning and development opportunities in enterprise security technologies and application integration.

Collaborate with system administrators, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues.
Support integration and onboarding of applications into Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Execute change management and incident management processes using ServiceNow or similar tools, following documented procedures.
Coordinate with vendor support, system administrators, and architects to track issues through resolution.
Work in a structured team environment while also handling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in English.
Participate in shift-based work schedule supporting multiple regions (no night shifts).
2–3 years of relevant IT or technical support experience in authentication, IAM, or enterprise application environments, but we are open for fresh graduate applications as well
Basic understanding of:
Enterprise authentication and authorization solutions
Identity & Access Management technologies
Unix/Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/7/8)
Web servers, application servers, DMZ, load balancers (BIG-IP, 3DNS, VIP), and firewalls
Strong written and verbal business English communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work under pressure.
Strong work ethic, process-driven mindset, and team-player attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Nice to have:
Experience with PingFederate and/or PingAccess.
Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, or other IAM protocols.
Experience in Linux patching and server maintenance.
