Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionPrepare and process client billing documents and adjustments, ensuring all financial records meet accuracy and quality standards.
Contribute to regular financial reporting and provide analytical insights based on data trends.
Manage incoming inquiries related to receivables and support communication with clients regarding outstanding balances.
Keep process guidelines and internal documentation current and accessible in the shared knowledge base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support across different finance operations as needed, acting as backup when required.
Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay aligned with evolving business requirements.
Assist with special assignments and one-off projects delegated by team or department leadership.
Actively take part in initiatives that strengthen team engagement and promote a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education required.
Solid grasp of core finance and accounting workflows.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a shared services or multinational environment, ideally in a billing or receivables role.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure.
Effective communicator with proven ability to build rapport and influence others.
Self-starter who actively addresses operational challenges before they escalate.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a track record of meeting strict deadlines while juggling multiple priorities.
Strong collaborator who can also work independently when needed.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite (or similar ERP platform) is an advantage.
