Pozíció leírása / Job description- Ensure Accounts Payable operations run smoothly during system migrations and daily business activities, strictly adhering to policy and regulatory standards.
- Drive standardization, implement best practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive leadership, including staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing performance and talent reviews.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including handling escalations, conducting surveys, and proactively addressing improvement gaps.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the function, planning workloads and ensuring all KPIs and targets are met.
- Maintain high standards for audit compliance and provide robust support for all internal and external audits.
- Lead strategic projects and foster a solution-oriented culture aligned with the overarching finance vision and mission.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with at least 3+ years in an international Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, prioritize, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset, complemented by excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, with a demonstrated ability to generate data-driven reports.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit as a team player.
- Accounts Payable experience is considered a significant advantage.
