This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, international team on a 1-year fixed-term contract with a flexible hybrid working setup in Budapest.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including the accurate coding, processing, and cost analysis of supplier invoices
- Preparing, executing, and reconciling supplier payments according to the company’s payment schedules
- Performing regular and precise bank account reconciliations and maintaining creditor ledgers
- Acting as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries, proactively resolving discrepancies, and tracking missing or overdue invoices
- Checking and processing employee expense reports as well as corporate credit card transactions
- Actively participating in month-end and year-end financial closing activities and reporting
- Assisting the finance team with internal and external audit requests
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or vendor accounting
- Minimum secondary school education / high school diploma
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well in an international team setting
- Advantages:

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1 or Oracle NetSuite preferred)
