Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and optimal utilization
- Leading and supporting the dispatcher team, while coordinating transport schedules and resource planning
- Overseeing fleet tracking and analyzing performance data to improve operational efficiency
- Organizing and supervising vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to maintain a high-quality fleet
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring efficient administrative processes
- Preparing regular reports, statistics, and performance insights to support management decisions
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, resolving issues as needed and ensuring compliance with relevant transport regulations
- Participating in the recruitment and selection of new drivers, and continuously supporting, motivating, and evaluating the existing driving team
- Higher education or relevant experience in transport/logistics, with a strong background in fleet and team management
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Excel and fleet tracking tools
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for business communication
- Valid category B driving license (C+E or own truck experience is a plus)
