- Build up, train, and motivate a multilingual team,
- Define and monitor sales targets and KPIs,
- Optimize sales processes, scripts, and CRM usage,
- Analyze performance data and report on results,
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams,
- Identify and develop new business opportunities,
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support key accounts.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C telesales management,
- Strong leadership and people management skills,
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities,
- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach,
- Proficient in CRM and sales software,
- High-level English proficiency (other languages are a plus),
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
- Business, sales, marketing, or related degree.
