Pozíció leírása / Job description- Supporting upper management in strategy, planning, implementation, execution and compliance
- Defines and plans performance goals and objectives across all financial operations
- KPI / SLA setting and monitoring
- Monitoring operational processes
- Writing financial reports
- Supporting closing tasks
- People management tasks (performance reviews, goal setting, mentoring etc.)
- 3-4 Team Lead direct reports, ~40 indirect reports total
- Keeping contact with customers
- College or university degree (Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant field)
- At least 5-6 years of accounting experience
- Previous experience with ERP systems
- Fluent English (both written and speaking)
- Experience in SSC environment
- Confident, able to work independently
- Precise, attention to detail
- Proactive
- Keeps close track of deadlines
- Strong communication skills
