Our partner - who is market leader in the full-service vehicle leasing industry - is looking for a Remarketing Manager. In this position your main focus will be to build and deliver the local strategy for the sale or re-lease of the used vehicles.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in similar role, you know the automotive industry (or have a strong personal interest) and you are fluent in English, do not hesitate to apply for the position!

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Responsible for the organization, daily management and supervision of the Remarketing activities
  • Building and delivering the local strategy for the sale or re-lease of used vehicles
  • Development of multiple sales channels B2B, B2C, B2B2C, B2B2E, decide the best way to sell
  • Ensure secure and efficient end-to-end sales processes
  • Market research and competition analysis, presentation to the Headquarter
  • Develop knowledge of the players involved in remarketing and build a professional network among buyers, intermediaries and service providers
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team and other fellow department
  • Ensure high quality of customer service for existing buyers, acquire new business partners
  • Organize the Remarketing department to properly assess returned vehicles and make refurbishment decisions if needed
  • Track performance against KPIs and reach the set target
  • Manage sourcing of services for the remarketing activity
  • Develop and keep up to date internal procedures and process documentation
  • Manage the remarketing team

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of logistics/sales, preferably within the automotive business and in used car sales
  • Proven affinity with statistics and figures
  • Proven experience with supplier management, customer contact in a commercial environment, project management
  • Confident usage of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid, confident English knowledge, both oral & written
  • Well organized, structured, self-starter personality
  • Strong people management skills and team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytic and synthetic skill
  • Result- and client-driven approach
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Entrepreneur, with strong ethics
