Pozíció leírása / Job description

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate quarterly/monthly PAM and FORKS price uploads;
  • Execute and coordinate manual and semi-automated price uploads to LN;
  • Responsible for continuous process improvements for pricing and control processes;
  • Participate in pricing or order processing related projects (including process migrations, RPA and order processing automation projects) as Project Team Member, SME or Coordinator;
  • Responsible for process mapping, operational procedure updates;
  • Responsible for data collection and analysis for regular reporting, pricing or audit related projects or individual performance measurements;
  • Train BSC and local colleagues on pricing and automated processes and / or systems;
  • Coordinate any future SOX- or audit-related activities;
  • Supports the implementation of effective process controls;
  • Understand dynamics of the business environment and its impact on deliverables;
  • Serve as change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization;
  • Provide oversight and proactive actions to ensure project deliverables are on-time, compliant, on-budget and of targeted quality while adhering to standard governance processes and best practices;
  • Cooperation with US counter parties to synchronize processes where possible.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bsc/Msc degree; Advantage: project management experience
  • Fluent English
  • Ensure you are aware of ‘The Greif Way’ and conduct business in accordance;
  • Ensure all employees and customers are treated with dignity and respect;
  • Establish a culture of pro-activity for HS&E awareness in line with LEAN principles;
  • Support the establishment of continuous improvement culture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Shared Services Center environment;
  • At least 1+ year of experience in sales support/project coordination/order management or similar fields;
  • Good analytical skills, strong presentation and influencing skills;
  • High level of accuracy;
  • Strong collaboration and execution skills;
  • Good time management, prioritization skills;
  • Flexibility in performing various tasks in parallel;
  • Works well under minimal supervision;
  • Professional Communicator with following data confidentiality rules.
