Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • The main focus of the position is the internal communication mixed with external communication, PR and employer branding activites:
  • Develop and implement INTERNAL communication and employee engagement strategies and plans for three countries in close cooperation with regional teams.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the senior leadership in creating and refining key employee messages, speeches and presentations and develop strategies that deliver these messages. Develop and manage employee communications through numerous channels (including face-to-face, print, e-mail, video, intranet and other channels).
  • Work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team in EMPLOYER BRANDING initiatives.
  • Partner closely with EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION and PR resources in the region, oversee the coordination of relevant external events.
  • Establish crisis management strategy to be executed when necessary.
  • Manage CSR activities.
  • Oversee the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including agencies, designers, printers and freelancers, ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services.
  • Coordinate the team of two junior colleagues.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University/college degree.
  • Proven experience in internal communication activities, External communication, employer branding communication experience are advantages, but the main focus is on internal communication.
  • At least 5-7 years of proven track record of successfully leading communications activities in a complex role.
  • Experience in social media platforms, intranet content development and other communication technologies.
  • Being used to work in a complex, international environment/matrix organization.
  • People management experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent English, native Hungarian.
  • Ability to manage a number of programs/projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
