We are looking for a Category and online marketing specialist to join our multinational partner who represents a well-known and loved brand in household goods. For your dedicated portfolio you will be responsible:

Manage the dedicated product portfolio (existing and new products) of the selected categories including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, price strategy and go-to-market plans

Understand consumer and shopper insights based on Nielsen analytics

Presenting to Regional and Global Teams

Recommend retailer product assortment, pricing, merchandising (both in-store and online)

Prepare customer specific proposals to sales colleagues on how to fine-tune promo activity, POS activation

Ensure category P&L targets are met by monitoring costs, margins, pricing and recommending needed changes.

You will support the Country Marketing Manager on all categories with the below tasks:

Build and execute strategy to engage consumers across all digital touchpoints including digital advertising, social media, website, email and e-commerce.

Manage the digital customer journey from planning to rollout in relevant digital channels

Develop and implement media campaigns (digital and non-digital) and track the results

Analyze trends and competitors to come up to a conclusion for improvement of the future campaigns, ensuring KPI’s are met

Implement new artworks, corrections hand in hand with the regional artwork department

Up to date knowledge of competitor activities, new players on the market

Elvárások / Requirements

Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Management, Communication or Media management

Minimum 5 years job experience – Consumer Packaged Goods preferred

Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams

Strong P&L thinking and budget management

Experience and proven record in digital marketing and media management

Good technical knowledge of relevant Digital tools for analytics & data management

Social Media platform knowledge and experience

Advanced knowledge of Nielsen and data analysis

Good communications skills in Hungarian and in English

Ability to work precisely

Good team player attitude, a good sense of humour is a must at this team
