Our Client is an international manufacturing company, holding market leader position in the Hungarian Food Industry. We are searching for a Technical Project Manager with a regional scope of responsibility, supervising the technical operation and new project implementation processes of three manufacturing sites in Hungary, Poland and Romania.



Pozíció leírása / Job description

Responsible for all technical projects within eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Romania) that includes the following:

  • Defining project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Specifying action and resource plans, project schedules and timelines, tracking system
  • Compiling and leading the project team, dedicating project responsible
  • Continuous monitoring of project implementation
  • Organization of internal and external project members for installation and execution
  • Managing overall budget, collecting offers and presenting them to the high-level management
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress as well as revealing recurring problems and solution proposals to the management, implementing and managing change when necessary to meet project goals
  • Evaluation and assessment of the project results, snag list responsible
  • Ensuring the compliance with Quality Assurance requirements and guidelines
  • Building layouts and machinery plans responsible (CAD drawings)




Elvárások / Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering (Mechatronics is an advantage)
  • Min. 5 years of experience at a manufacturing company in maintenance, technical operations and project management areas (food industry experience is a strong advantage)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Having several years of experience in people management, synchronizing the work of people from different countries with different roles
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies
  • Proven track record in managing project implementation, transition phases
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment
  • Flexible, agile personality, assertive communicator, strong people management skills
