Aegon NV is a global provider and distributor of life, pension, banking and investment products for the corporate and personal markets. The Global Procurement Office (part of the Global IT Office) provides central ownership and guidance on Global Procurement, Global Category Management and

Global Vendor Management. It also delivers and supports global tooling for both the global team(s) and the local Procurement and Vendor Management teams.


This role will support Aegon Global Technology and Transamerica by:

  • Ad hoc analysis on Vendors, Spend or contracts
  • Monitoring and dealing with queries
  • Various document management and admin regarding vendor management
  • Assisting in various Procurement and Vendor Management tooling, like Spend Analysis, electronic Sourcing and Contract Management. This will include: Internal data to (bulk) upload, External data streams to connect to tooling, Managing templates for various Procurement modules, Setting up reports, Maintaining vendor catalogs
  • Prepare/Issue monthly updates/reporting from/to Global Procurement Office
  • Support expiry contract process
  • Create and send out Non-Disclosure Agreement to suppliers
  • Create and monitor purchase requisitions, contract workspace, contract terms in Ariba
  • Ad hoc procurement support
  • Ad hoc Accounts Payable assistance

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within Finance/Procurement/Vendor management, dealing with budget and finance analysis and reviewing trend analysis etc
  • An academic degree
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong English language skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Agility, motivation
