Our client provides software development, testing, deployment, and support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations in the restaurants.

We are looking for a new colleague to join their Application Support team based in Debrecen.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • technical maintenance and support of a web-based application
  • troubleshooting tickets escalated by lower level support teams
  • 3rd party software integration
  • user acceptance tests
  • build rapport with stakeholders
  • collect information and create feasibility proposals

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Application Support
  • basic understanding of protocols and communication formats (xml)
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of Linux environment
  • Ability to set priorities and to handle diverse problems
