Our partner is a fast-growing company that provides world class engineering, R&D, consulting, as well as product design and innovation services in a wide range of industries such as retail, transportation, logistics, medtech, fintech, hi-tech and others. They would like to open the their new office soon in Debrecen, where we looking for the new employees who can support their team in IT recruitment process. 

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Collaborates with Senior Management to make strategic recruitment direction, including developing the recruiting plan, process, and metrics.
  • Responsible for implementing recruitment processes on defined territory, managing direct sourcing with the successful recruitment of various types and levels of tech and non-tech positions.
  • Responsible for driving the recruiting process by identifying, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of technical employees.
  • Providing recruitment services to multiple teams dedicated to various clients with a strong focus on planning and executing recruitment under current and future business needs.
  • In collaboration with senior management and Head of Talent acquisition, analyses future recruitment needs, prioritizes open positions, creates action plans, and executes strategies to fill the vacancies on time and with the best talents.
  • Reports recruitment goals for defined territory regarding quantity and quality of hires, monthly and quarterly plans delivery, and local recruitment initiatives.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT field
  • Fluent english knowledge in speaking and in writting
  • Social media knowledge (expreince in Linkedin sourcing) 
  • Able to travel abroad ( once ot twice in a year)
  • Proactive and communicative personality
