Our client is a swiss software development company. Globally the company has around 600 employees. They are looking for an experienced recruiter to join as a Recruitment Business Partner and take full ownership of the recruitment processes, act as HRBP for the business and participate in branding activities.

In your daily work you will

own and lead the Recruitment topic

  • review the recruitment process and educate interviewers continuously
  • analyze trends and metrics to improve source efficiency, recommend new sources and sourcing strategies
  • work closely with international recruitment and HR teams and take part in local and global projects

manage the entire recruitment process

  • partner with hiring managers in Hungary and Switzerland to define their needs and manage their expectations
  • advise hiring managers and interviewers on market conditions, interviewing and evaluation methods
  • keep in touch with external partners like recruitment agencies
  • managing candidates though the whole journey and provide a great candidate experience
  • source for IT professionals by using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, active sourcing, etc.)
  • conduct screening calls, schedule and participate in interviews, extend offers to candidates
  • on-board new employees

take part in employer branding activities

  • plan and organize employer branding activities to support our recruitment needs (job fair, meetup, etc.)
  • create content for online channels (social media, company pages, etc.) that illustrates our life at work (optional)

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Solid end-to-end recruitment experience including collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation ideally in the IT field
  • Experience in organizing and executing employer branding related activities (e.g. job fairs) is a plus
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written)
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership for your tasks
